Are We Working Too Much? A Conversation with Shinichi Daimyo
Sarah Harmon and Shinichi Daimyo
One of the most common things we hear in therapy with parents is that there isn’t enough time. We are feeling guilty, torn, and more often than not, like our life (and our kids’ lives) are flying by. We know we need to earn a living and depending on our personal situation, our choice is somewhat limited - or is it?
Join our founder, Sarah Harmon, for a conversation with Shinichi Daimyo, who is the Founder and CEO of Solidarity Mental Health, PLLC, a global mental health consulting organization, about the state of work for parents, why we’re feeling stuck, and what, if anything, we can do about it.
