The Parent Wellness Series is now available for everyone!
This five-session event brings together a highly passionate and experienced group of providers in the perinatal space to educate and support new parents right when they need it most.
Intended for new parents in the “fourth trimester,” you and your partner can now access these five virtual, expert-led sessions anytime.
Our hope is to educate postpartum families with the resources available to you during one of the most transformative times in your lives.
Here's what you'll learn about:
Session 1: Mindful Parenting. Noel Coakley will introduce healthy ways to stay in the moment with your kids and yourself
Session 2: Parenting Oneself. School of Mom founder, Sarah Harmon, introduces the important concept of parenting oneself, including how to tune into your needs, make time for you, and become your own best supporter.
Session 3: Couple’s Support. Rebecca Eudy shares advice on communicating better after having a baby, and common sticking points between new parents.
Session 4: Parenting and Babies 101. Nurture by Naps' Emily Silver shares all you really need to know about sleep, eating, and all the hot newborn topics.
Session 5: Postpartum Healing. Om Birth’s, Bec Conant, and Alex Digrado, Pelvic Floor PT, share healing tips for the postpartum phase.
Session 6: Breakout Sessions. Parent Wellness Group Clnicians, Brian Orr and Amy Corbett, host Dads and Moms separately to deep dive into more specialized support.
