  • Sarah Harmon, Founder, LMHC, EYT-200 (she/her)

    As a licensed mental health therapist, yoga/mindfulness teacher, corporate wellness expert and founder of The School of MOM and Parent Wellness Group, my passion is supporting you on your unique wellness journey with a holistic approach to mind and body wellness.

    I currently live in Massachusetts with my hilarious husband and two little daughters who keep me laughing every day. If I'm not teaching yoga/mindfulness or working with individual or group clients, you will most likely find me somewhere outside, whether it's sailing on the Boston Harbor or skiing in New England.

  • Rebecca Eudy

    Rebecca Eudy, Director of Couple Support, LMHC (she/her)

    Rebecca is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), who holds a certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and is the director of couples support at PWG. With a specialty in couples counseling and sex therapy, Rebecca is uniquely trained to understand the individual needs of her clients as they experience a wide range of social and emotional challenges such as parenting, sex and intimacy issues, relationship conflict and the journey through the pre- and post-natal experience.

    As a mother to two spirited young boys, Rebecca knows first-hand how hard parenting and relationships can sometimes be. Personal coping skills include exercise, cursing, meditation, cooking, gardening, trashy novels, and hiking with her husband, kids and aspiring therapy dog, Acorn.

  • Amy Corbett, LMHC (she/her)

    Amy is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician with over 18 years of experience specializing in working with women, girls and their families. Amy approaches her clients from a holistic perspective and draws on a variety of treatment approaches, such as solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness/relaxation strategies. Her work with individuals is trauma informed and client directed, focusing on self-care and mental wellness by guiding and supporting clients in achieving their goals.

    In addition to being a therapist, Amy is a mother, a wife, and a dog lover who also enjoys great live music and spending time near the ocean.

  • Emily Harlan, LICSW (she/her)

    Emily enjoys working with adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, life changes and relationship dynamics that are posing challenges in their life. Emily integrates a number of different therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

    Emily tailors her style to meet the unique needs of each person. She is committed to building a therapeutic relationship in a non-judgmental, accepting and compassionate manner. She develops an individualized treatment plan and assesses progress in partnership with the clients goals and concerns.

  • Gretchen Herter, LMHC (she/her)

    Gretchen holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Adjustment Counseling and is a licensed therapist practicing in Massachusetts.

    In her private practice, Gretchen provides parent coaching services, individual counseling and serves as a consultant to independent schools.

    Gretchen utilizes a combination of different therapeutic modalities such as Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strengths-Based Relational Approach to therapy. She helps clients and parents to develop positive coping strategies to meet their goals and strives to provide an open, warm and positive environment in which clients can work toward their own personal-growth and development.

    Gretchen’s parent coaching experience includes but is not limited to: Understanding and unpacking parenting styles through the ages and stages of development, understanding and managing anxiety in relation to parenting, executive functioning skill development and school-based concerns.

    In addition to being a therapist and coach, Gretchen enjoys spending time with her children and husband embarking on adventures near and far or curled up next to her dog with a good book.

  • Rachelle Michaud

    Rachelle Michaud, MA, LMFT (she/her)

    Rachelle specializes in relationship therapy, including touch and intimacy. We want to make you aware that she doesn’t have children, but is a great asset to the Parent Wellness Group.

    Rachelle is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and studied infant-parent relationships and couples therapy for many years. Her approach is warm and grounded in the heart and the body. Rachelle leads couples to more intimacy through healing wounds, connecting hearts, slowing down (and boosting up) the rituals around non-sexual touch and helping each partner to feel good in their body.

  • Marie Motley, LICSW (she/her)

    Marie is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing social work for the past 14 years. Marie has spent her career working with children and adults to provide a safe space to share openly about the struggles life can bring.

    Marie is a mother of a four year old son and excited to be able to offer therapy to other mothers.

  • Brian Orr, LICSW

    Brian Orr, LICSW (he/him)

    Brian is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has been in practice for nearly 10 years and the owner of Orr Therapy Services in Boston’s South End. He obtained his Bachelors in Social Work from Nazareth College, followed by his Masters in Social Work from Simmons University. His experience has spanned from inpatient detoxification units, Intensive outpatient programs for addiction and recovery, and general outpatient psychiatry and mental health, including work in private practice. His practice focuses on identifying ways that his clients can live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

    As a husband and father of a toddler, Brian has seen a gap in supporting new fathers go through the transition to parenthood and has strived to help dads understand who they are and their role as a father. He finds that being a father can be an experience that greatly deepens connection and life satisfaction, while at the same time presenting a number of challenges in regards to how to “dad in the modern world”. In addition to this support, he has a passion for helping fathers create a greater work-life balance.

  • Erin Sandler, LICSW (she/her)

    Erin holds a masters degree as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for the past 14 years. Her career has spanned working in various clinical settings offering individual therapy, couples counseling, and parent coaching. Erin takes a person-centered, holistic approach tailoring the treatment towards needs of the individuals/couples stepping into the therapeutic space. With her clients, Erin takes aspects of Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Strengths Based Relational Therapy to build a goal based treatment plan.

    Erin understands how navigating the challenges within relationships at their core displays greater vulnerability when parenting becomes a part of their united equation. The stressors for balance of time with parenting, work, and how to carve out time as a couple, and as an individual is paramount. Erin is passionate about working with couples who seek out the support of therapy for acknowledging these stressors exist and wanting to face head on so they may thrive in their relationship.

    In addition to her clinical work, Erin is a mother of two children approaching the ever so complex developmental years of middle school. In holding to the importance of balancing self care into her life Erin recently became a certified aerial yoga instructor and Pilates enthusiast, avid book club reader, jigsaw puzzle lover, and excites playing board games with her children along with rooting them on in their extracurricular activities.

  • Ali Schmitt, LICSW (she/her)

    Through years of experience working with women, children and young families, Ali has gained immense compassion for the art of mothering. She brings that compassion to her work with mothers and to her day to day life as a mother of 3.

    Ali understands that it often feels like we live in a culture that expects mothers to be everything to everyone while also taking care of themselves. Ali strives to support mothers in navigating what that balance might look like in their unique situations.

  • Katrina Slee, MS MFT, LMHC (she/her)

    As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and mother, Katrina approaches therapy from a holistic, psychodynamic perspective. Throughout Katrina’s clinical practice she has worked with a variety of different clients of all ages including new and seasoned mothers struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety.

    Katrina strives to empower her clients and enjoys helping them uncover their own unique tools and strengths so that they can develop the resilience and coping skills needed to overcome the many challenges and polarities of emotions that arise in motherhood and life.

  • Maureen Staley Cary

    Maureen Staley Cary, MS, MA, LMHC (she/her)

    Maureen is a licensed mental health counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults and couples in a collaborative and holistic way. Maureen’s primary goal as a therapist is to help clients develop the skills and insight necessary to manage everyday setbacks and major life upheavals. She works with each client or couple to identify goals and employ evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), family systems and solutions-based therapy. Maureen focuses on overall wellness, including nutrition, movement, mindfulness and stress management.

    Maureen’s first career was in journalism and corporate communications before she embarked on her second career raising four children. She returned to graduate school when her eldest started high school, earning a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. She enjoys indoor and outdoor fitness, acrylic painting, live music, traveling, spending time with her husband and adult children, and keeping food away from her mischievous yellow Labrador.

  • Morgan Burke (she/her)

    DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

    Morgan is journalist turned marketing specialist with more than a decade of experience in content marketing for parent-focused businesses. Morgan comes to Parent Wellness Group with years of getting to know the needs of parents via Care.com, Fatherly, Green Pinata Toy Share, and various freelance gigs for similar brands.

    As a mother of three with a passion for supporting and normalizing perinatal mental health struggles, she is excited to bring her expertise in content creation, partnerships, and outreach to broaden the reach of PWG to as many new and veteran parents as possible. Her own self-care includes spontaneous day trips around New England with her kids, a long walk or hike, laughing with her husband, early morning workouts, and really good cookie.

  • Meg van den Beemt

    Meg van den Beemt (she/her)

    CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

    Meg is the Client Care Coordinator for Parent Wellness Group. She helps manage communication to Parent Wellness Group, connects new clients with clinicians who align well with their needs, and overall works to ensure a smooth and efficient intake process for clients seeking services. With a passion for mental health and a commitment to supporting others, Meg is dedicated to helping others during their therapeutic journey.

  • Kate Bladon

    Kate Bladon (she/her)

    CLIENT CARE SUPPORT

    Kate is our Client Care Support with more than seven years of experience in providing both administrative and customer care support to mental health professionals and business owners across a broad range of industries.

    Kate currently lives in the United Kingdom and provides support to our clinicians and clients remotely. She works freelance and carries out all her work remotely which has enabled her to travel with her husband freely. She started her business in 2015 and she has never looked back since
